Fountain Gate counselors hold accredited Master's or Doctorate degrees and are licensed by the State of Georgia. As licensed professionals we operate under the regulations and oversight of the State of Georgia's Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists.

Fountain Gate counselors adhere to the professional and ethical standards of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and/or the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), as appropriate to each counselor's specialization, and to the Ethics Standards of the Christian Association for Psychological Studies (CAPS).

Fountain Gate's clinical director works to ensure the quality of our services. The director meets regularly with our therapists to monitor adherence to accepted standards for ethical, legal, and professional practice, and provides oversight for scheduling, staffing, and financial issues as they pertain to client needs.
